Coming from Nipper’s Harbour, I'm used to the warmth of tight-knit communities, and Corner Brook perfectly blends that small-town charm with the conveniences of a larger city. The kindness and support from the people here make my job as a paramedic even more fulfilling.
I love that in our smaller community, I can easily follow up on patients—something much harder to do in bigger cities. The support from my coworkers and management team is fantastic; they're always ready to offer advice and lend a hand. I get to provide the best care possible for our community.
Outside of work, there's so much to fill your schedule with. You really get to shape the life you want. Whether I'm hiking with my dog Blitz, enjoying the vibrant fall colors, or going ski-dooing with family, there's never a dull view or moment.
